    3. The so-called mesh-nebulizer or membrane - is a modern portable device that does not emit noise during operation and is suitable for the use of absolutely any intended for inhalation drugs. The principle of operation of the device lies in the vibration of a special mesh membrane with many microscopic holes, passing through which the components are split. The main drawback is the high price.

    The method of the drug

    The drug can be administered in several ways:

    • Continuous convection feed. In this case, the drug is fed to the mask constantly, which leads to the loss of part of the drug during exhalation.In addition, substances can be sprayed into the surrounding space and inadvertently inhaled by other people nearby. But this method is considered the most common.
    • Adjustable feed. It starts the patient himself by pressing a button. This optimizes the expense of the facility, but is accompanied by some difficulties associated with the need for synchronous and frequent pressing (for this reason such devices are not suitable for children).
    • Synchronization with breathing. This function is equipped only with sophisticated professional devices used in medical institutions. The drug is supplied only during inhalation, on exhalation the delivery is temporarily stopped and started during the next inhalation. This method is most effective, but devices with this function are rare and very expensive.

    Features of construction and operation
