• Vegetable salad with avocado and sesame seeds

    You will need
    • - multicolored cherry tomatoes;
    • - yellow sweet pepper;
    • - avocado;
    • - Red onion;
    • - A handful of fresh peas;
    • - green beans;
    • - canned corn;
    • - olive oil;
    • - sesame seeds;
    • - lemon juice;
    • - black ground pepper and salt.
    Prepare vegetables for salad. Peel the avocado and remove the bone from it, remove the onion from the husk, peel the seeds and tails, and wash the tomatoes.
    Then cut the red onion into thin half rings, cut the cherry tomatoes in half or leave whole, if they are small. Sweet pepper and avocado cut into not too large blocks.
    Fold all the vegetables into a large salad bowl, add to them fresh peas, green beans and some canned corn. If desired, you can also put various greens in the salad.
    Then salt the dish to taste, pour with olive oil and sprinkle with lemon juice.Mix everything well, let the salad stand for 10 minutes, and then serve to the table, sprinkled with a small amount of sesame seeds.
