To connect them, heat both metal parts and apply a small amount of solder. To create a liquid for vaping, mix 80% glycerol and 20% distilled water. If you want the smoke to be thicker, then add more glycerin to the mixture and vice versa. The ratio of 80 to 20 seemed to me optimal. Add liquid to the evaporator. It is better not to fill the entire container, but only wet the fibers inside.Since the horizontal arrangement of the evaporator, the excess liquid in it can interfere with the heating of the spiral. In this case, you will hear a hiss (as if it is functioning), but there will be no smoke. If this happens, remove the cover, remove excess liquid and reassemble the evaporator.If you haven’t yet installed the Blynk application, you can do it via the link http://www.blynk.cc/getting-started/.After installation, you must register. To install the development environment for Arduino, follow the link https://www.arduino.cc/en/Main/Software. Download and install the development environment, and in the Blynk application create an empty project. Select ESP8266 as the controller and select the WiFi connection type. A developer key will be sent to your email. Soon it will be needed. Add a button and a slider to the project and assign the appropriate functions to them (you can do it as shown in the pictures). Instead, you can add two buttons, but with the slider you can adjust smoke density. Connect WeMos controller to your computer, open Arduino IDE, select ESP8266_Standalone_Smartconfig from the options provided, replace the developer key with the one you received and upload the code to the controller . After that, you will need the ESP8266 SmartConfig application. Open it, enter your WiFi connection password, restart WeMos, wait a few seconds and click on the confirmation button in the application's dialog box. It will tell you that ESP is tied to the current network. From this point on (the WeMos board is in the field of action of the registered network) you can control the controller from anywhere (it is not necessary to connect to the same network).Following the wiring diagram, solder the wires and isolate them. The bare wires should not touch the parts of the microcontroller board (you can use the insulating tape). Check the operation of the system. If everything is working properly, then you can pack everything in the box. In my version between the switch and the battery I added an easy charging controller.
