    You will need
    • - 550 ml of thick tomato juice;
    • - 500 g fresh pineapple;
    • - 450 g ground beef;
    • - 120 g of sugar;
    • - 120 g breadcrumbs;
    • - 1 onion;
    • - 1 egg;
    • - ground ginger, salt.
    Peel onions, finely chop with a sharp knife. Add the ground breadcrumbs, ginger, half of the sliced ​​onion into the ground beef, beat the egg. Salt to taste, mix the stuffing well.
    Form balls of the size of a walnut out of minced meat, put in a glass dish or a special container for the microwave oven, cover with a lid. Microwave, cook on medium power for 5-10 minutes.
    Tomato juice mixed with sugar, onion residues. Pulp fresh pineapple, cut into small cubes, add to juice, mix.
    Pour the meatballs into the spicy sauce, gently mix - do not damage the balls. Cook another 15 minutes at the same power. During this time, cooking balls with sauce must be removed and gently mixed again. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs.
