    You will need
    • - 1 chicken
    • - 400 g of mushrooms
    • - 200 g sour cream
    • - 150 g of hard cheese
    • - 2 onions
    • - 6 buns
    • - vegetable oil
    • - salt to taste
    First rinse the chicken thoroughly, remove the skin from it. Pour cold water into the pan, put the chicken in there, salt to taste and boil it over medium heat for about 30-40 minutes. Drain and leave to cool.
    Chop onions finely. Fry in a skillet in vegetable oil until transparent. Then add the finely chopped mushrooms and fry until the juice evaporates.
    Add chicken, sour cream and simmer all together for 15-20 minutes
    Prepare the buns. Cut the tip and remove the crumb.
    Grate the grated cheese.
