    • 500 ml of water;
    • 150 g of flour;
    • 20 grams of sugar.

    • 20 g of cones;
    • 500 ml of boiling water;
    • 250 g of wheat flour.

Stir the mass until it becomes homogeneous. Place the container with the prepared starter in a warm place for 48 hours.

    • 250 ml of leaven;
    • 750 grams of wheat flour;
    • 3 g of salt;
    • 3 g sugar;
    • 5 ml of sunflower oil.

    Pour the leaven into the container, add salt, sugar, butter and 2/3 of the volume of flour. Get the dough. Then put it on the table and knead, adding the remaining flour if necessary. When the dough is smooth, cover it with a towel and place in a warm place for 2 hours. Then you will need to knead the dough for 10 minutes and leave it for an hour to make it fit.

    After this time, put the dough on a baking sheet or a form, smeared with sunflower oil, and leave for 30 minutes.When it fits, put it in the oven for 50 minutes; it needs to be heated to 200 degrees. Take the bread out of the oven and put the loaf on the plate to cool. After 10 minutes you can take a sample.
