How to cook carp on vegetable cushion
You will need
- 1 PC. carp (1 kg.),
- 2 pcs. sweet pepper (different color),
- 2 pcs. onions,
- 1 PC. carrot,
- 1 PC. lemon,
- 300 gr. champignons,
- 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil,
- salt, black pepper and greens to taste.
Carp clean, gut, wash well, dry. Rub with salt and pepper from all sides, make cuts and insert lemon slices into them. In the abdomen lay 1/3 of a bunch of dill.
Mushrooms (whole) and boil the rest of the lemon in water for 5 minutes, then fold to a sieve. After cooling the mushrooms cut into slices. Peppers cut into thin strips, carrots - slices, onions - in small rings. Fry the onion in vegetable oil in a skillet, add carrots, pepper and mushrooms, fry for 4-5 minutes over moderate heat.
Oil the bottom and walls of the heat-resistant mold. Put the dill and vegetables. Place the fish on top and drizzle with vegetable oil.
Heat the oven to 180 degrees, put the form with the fish and bake for 20 minutes. Then increase the temperature to 200 degrees and bake another 10 minutes to obtain a brown crust.
