Shop's salad is one of the easiest to prepare, and at the same time, delicious snacks. The history of this dish began in Bulgaria. At that time, the population of Macedonia and Serbia was called shop, that’s how the salad got its name. Some of them once just cut and mixed fresh vegetables, adding a little cheese to them. All tasters liked the recipe so much that they quickly went "to the people."

Even the simplest set of ingredients can be a culinary masterpiece if cooked with love. This is sure in the Bulgarians, who manage to make a really tasty snack from famous vegetables and cheese. For this you will need:
- tomatoes - 3 pieces;
- Bulgarian pepper - 1-2 pieces;
- cucumber - 2 pcs;
- red onions - 1 pc;
- white cheese - 200 g;
- olive oil;
- salt pepper.
The classic version has one small secret - the pepper must be baked. You can do this in the oven for 10-15 minutes, and if you want to speed up the process a little, you are allowed to use the microwave.
After baking, put it in a bag and wrap it carefully. Let lie for a few minutes. So a little steamed vegetable, and the skin to remove it will be much easier. Once cleaned, cut it into cubes.
Tomatoes dip for a few seconds in boiling water and remove the skin, also cut into small cubes. Peel the cucumber and grind.
Onions cut into rings or half rings.
In Bulgaria, the dish is served in the form of a national flag, and therefore spread the ingredients in a certain sequence: first, the components are red, then green, and finally white - onions and grated cheese.
