    Cabbage dipped in boiling water, cut off the top leaves. The middle is left. Onion and sweet pepper, chop, pass with a clove of garlic and with the center of cabbage, grind in a blender. Mix with rice, minced meat and chopped greens. We salt, we pepper. Wrap in leaves, starting with a wide green part. We put in a pan. Pour in a mixture of tomato paste, flour, sour cream, a glass of water, a pinch of sugar and spices. Simmer under the lid for 30 minutes.
